It’s Never Too Early to Act – OSCPA Spotlight Video [Part 1 of 5]

By Ryan Sheppard, ChFC®

November 5, 2014

< 1 min READ

Today’s post is the first in a 5-part video series that we will be featuring on our blog over the next few weeks. The video series was recently produced as a continuing education program for the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accounts (OSCPA).  Hosted by the OSCPA Communications Director, Gary Hunt, the videos feature two local college planning experts in an interview style format.

  • Joe Messinger, CFP® (co-founder here at CWP)
  • Susan Kannenwischer (Director of Financial Aid at Capital University)

Each video will have a runtime of about 5-7 minutes, and will touch on the main components of how to pay for college. And best of all, it’s delivered in plain English!

“It’s Never Too Early to Act”

Here’s Video 1, “It’s Never Too Early to Act”, in which Joe and Susan discuss the initial conversations a family should have around college affordability.

Questions, feedback, or other ideas?

We’d love to hear what you think in the comments section below.

Stay tuned next week for Video 2, “Starting With the FAFSA”!
